I have managed to continue participating in society all through 2020 & 2021 without covering my face, just like every other year of my life, Praise God!
2020, the year the world changed expectations…. but my God didn’t change. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Hebrews 13:8
The expectations God has for me did not change. Scripture did not change.
I fear God, Our Heavenly Father, The Almighty Elohim.
I do not fear man or social pressure or the things of this world.
I fear displeasing God. I will not deny God.
I understand Exodus 20:3 “Thou shall have no other gods before me.”
I understand Exodus 20:5 “You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me,”
I know who my God is–He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.
I know where my healing comes from.
I know where my help comes from.
I know who I trust in.
I know I shall not fear the plague that destroys at midday, or the evil spiritual forces Ephesians 6 tells us about.
I put on the Full Armor of God.
I do not wear a mask on my face as a symbol of submission to, or trust in, the CDC.
I don’t follow the CDC.
I don’t trust the CDC.
The CDC is not my god.
The CDC cannot save me.
The CDC does not love my family or know us. God does.
I don’t adhere to the suggestions of the humans reporting their scheduled programming on the news.
I listen to Gods instruction, I do not ignore it.
“Now therefore, fear the LORD, serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River and in Egypt. Serve the LORD! And if it seems evil to you to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24:14
I walk in FREEDOM!
It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. Galatians 5:1
How have I gone out into the world without fear, without a mask, not worried about condemnation?
First of all (see above in purple).
Second, I understand that this earth is FULL of bacteria and viruses!
A full year ago when the news sounded the panic horn & told everyone there was a new respiratory virus & that it was unlike anything we’ve ever seen before,
I very clear remember, I told my family (my husband & kids)
“Yall. This earth is absolutely covered in bacteria and viruses. Bacteria is everywhere! The amount of bacteria and viruses on this earth is so vast it is unknown and immeasurable.
Scientists are making new discoveries daily.
The design of our Heavenly Father is beautiful and intricate.
We do not fear bacteria and viruses, we understand how to support our immune systems, the importance of having good eating habits, eat our vitamins, wash our hands, breathe fresh air, read Gods good word & lean not on our own understanding but in all our ways submit to him. We do NOT conform to the ways of this world, but are transformed by the renewal of our minds, that we may prove what the will of God is, Gods will is good and acceptable and perfect. (refrencing Romans 12:2 lastly)
We are not about to start walking around with a mask on, staying away from others, fearing human contact. Absolutely not. That is not how you achieve health.”–Me(Tori Williams) in late March 2020
I still feel that way.
Perhaps you feel the same way…but the mandates, social pressure, fear mongering, psychological manipulation, and “restrictions” get to you so you mask up, even though you don’t want to, even though you hate it.
Ahhh dear friend, please hear me! I am barefaced. 24/7 365. You can be too!
I have a government founded on rights & freedom, because I live in America. I am so thankful. I have free will and breathe in my lungs, thanks to God in Heaven. I am so thankful.
THERE IS NO LAW ENFORCING FACE COVERINGS IN AMERICA.
There are only local (city & state) mandates.
Mandates are not Laws.
Mandates have exemptions.
Simply saying “No thank you, wearing a mask would suppress my immune system and I only want to support my immune system, not suppress it.” with a smile and genuine kindness, is what has resulted in me being respected as a barefaced human.
A barefaced human……. haha yall. I cannot even believe I am WRITING THIS RIGHT NOW LIKE WHAT KIND OF CRAZY WORLD IS THIS HAHAH my goodness friends… okay. For real. Yeah. I don’t wear a mask. I shouldn’t have to explain this. It is March 11th 2021 though, so I do have to explain this.
Psalm 91
1Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. a
2I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
3Surely he will save you
from the fowler’s snare
and from the deadly pestilence.
4He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.
9If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10no harm will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
11For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;
12they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14“Because he b loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15He will call on me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
16With long life I will satisfy him
and show him my salvation.”
The Midrash states that Psalm 91 was composed by Moses on the day he completed the building of the Tabernacle in the desert.
To be continued.
