Tips for Oil-infused water

One of my favorite ways to reap the benefits of citrus oils, is by adding 1-2 drops to my water!

Reminder: Citrus Oils are super affordable, & all contain the chemical constitute D-limonene. a POWERFUL immune system stimulant!!

Google “D-limonene benefits immune system study” & see exactly how beneficial it is 😱🙌🏼

My all time FAVORITE in my water is Citrus Fresh, a blend of Orange, Tangerine, Grapefruit, Lemon, Mandarin, & Spearmint. 😋

Many citrus oils also happen to be incredibly uplifting, AND calming to the nervous system, which I know every postpartum momma can benefit from.

Tips for adding Oils to your water:
•oils are strong–start with one drop & work your way up if you want/need more. They pack a punch of flavor!

•drop the EO into the glass before filling with water

•always use a glass or stainless steel water bottle or cup. Never plastic!

•you can add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt, a little honey, or a solubol to help the essential oil disperse fully through out the water

•gently agitate the water before each drink to ensure proper dispersion

& OF COURSE only use young living oils to ensure the oil is safe for internal use. If the oil has a white vitality label then you know immediately it’s safe for internal use 🙂 if it is a young living oil with a colored label (not the vitality line) but the oil is listed on the GRAS list, then you know it’s safe for internal use!

Not all essential oils are safe for internal use but many are & they come with so many benefits.

Save the oils GRAS chart to have handy when you need it! ❤️ (if one of you amazing rockstars will comment on this post & tag me when it pushlishes to the group to remind me, I’ll drop the chart below!)
